
Hot Stick Mobility & Hot Stretch
Hot Stick Mobility is a kinesthetic awareness and joint mobility support class. There are 10 stick postures to identify mobility patterns and range of motion exercises that then lead into 30minutes of hot stretching which places emphasis muscular flexibility resulting in a reduction of injuries, strains and allows you to identify your limitations within mobility and flexibility! This class takes place in the hot room which is regulated at approx 35-42°c.
The heated environment increases metabolic functions most importantly macro vascularity which improves blood circulation and muscular flexibility, resulting in you getting a deeper stretch without the injury risks!
