Muay Thai Cardio Class
Our class is designed for all levels of experience and fitness. If you want to burn calories and test your limits, this class is for you. Typically, the first half of the class will focus on shadow boxing, basic technique drills & running drills incorporating the heavy bag. The second half of the class will focus on learning proper balance and mechanics of practical combos. The class will finish with pad work and explosive kicking & knee drills to send your heart rate through the roof, amazing cardio and total-body strengthening workout at the same time.
